Jekyll & Hyde 變身怪醫

上週六去台北國家戲劇院看了Jekyll & Hyde~
去之前完全對此劇一無所知~
看完我超愛的~ 裡面的曲目我每首都喜歡~
回到家超想立刻擁有~ 然後一直重複聽!

但回家google發現~ 目前有出CD的還是只有1997年的Jekyll & Hyde by Original Broadway Cast Recording
但我好喜歡Brad Little的版本喔~
他的聲音好迷人~ 不知會不會有他版本的CD呢?!

目前在台灣演出的"Australasian Tour"...這個團來自Melbourne, Australia
除了主角Brad Little來自USA, 大部分的團員都來自Australia


劇中角色: 演員

• Henry Jekyll/Edward Hyde: Brad Little
• Emma Carew: Ana Marina
• Lucy Harris: Belinda Wollaston
• John Utterson: Juan Jackson
• Sir Danvers: Barry Langrishe

Brad Little在劇中一人分飾二角...雖然在外表上只是以頭髮的散亂與否來做區分~ 但在聲調表情肢體動作上等等都有很大的區隔...當他是Dr. Jekyll時是個溫柔的, 想要拯救自己父親靈魂的好好先生~ 卻在實驗中意外地引出他自己Evil的另一面Edward Hyde...殺害了不同意Dr. Jekyll的人甚至是身陷聲色場所的Lucy!!
此劇最後是以悲劇收場~ 唉!

除了Brad Little飾演的Jekyll & Hyde之外, 我也很喜歡Lucy的聲音~ 清亮又高亢! 我很喜歡她跟Hyde合唱的"Dangerous Game" & 跟Emma的對唱的"In His Eyes", 另外Jekyll最經典的"This is the Moment"之外, 我也很愛"Take Me As I Am"和剛開場沒多久男主角的第一首"I Need to Know"~ 這些都只是幾首比較主要的歌曲...

I need to find a way to get inside the tortured mind of man.
I need to try to separate the good and evil, if I can.
One thing is certain, the evil is stronger.
Good fights a hopeless and desperate fight.
I must find ways of adjusting the balance to bring him back from the empty black edge of night!

其實很多配角唱的曲也都很棒~ 應該說這整劇的音樂都很合我胃口!! :D

P.S. 在youtube的過程中, 發現小時候大家熟知的李麥克David Hasselhoff也飾演過Jekyll & Hyde這兩個角色!!
好驚訝~ 歌聲不賴! 但聽了聽覺得歌喉好像少了點厚實的深度~

啊! 好想再看一遍喔!!
