Biological Clock

Gosh!
Since the day I returned to Dallas, my biological clock has been working weird. Sometimes I'll feel tired during the day and feel great during the night, I know this is so-called "jetlag", still I hate this.

Except for yesterday, I woke up in the "early" morning at about 5 or 6 AM, that is definitely not normal to me, if you knew me well. Usually, it took me several hours to feel sleepy again and I could go to bed then. Therefore, at that time, it's easy and normal to feel hungry, so grabbing something to eat at the time makes me feel guilty and afraid I'm getting fat because of this. Right now is a great example, because it's 8 AM and I didn't sleep all night, but I'm still feel okay (and hungry ).
Who can help me?!
